Mirusia:

‘Beauty, brains, dedication, passion, extraordinary talent and a voice quite possibly the finest ever produced in this country.’

Yes! It is a big call, but no one present at Mirusia’s recent concert performances will have any argument.

Currently touring as soloist with world renowned violinist Andre Rieu, Mirusia says she is living the life she has always dreamed of. Singing in cities all over the world and surrounded by talented musicians Mirusia is enjoying every moment. Being a self-confessed "Princesse", Mirusia was thrilled to be part of Andre Rieu's special "In Wonderland", released in 2007, wherein she features as a Princess.

But it is no surprise that Mirusia is enjoying her time working with Andre Rieu, in May 2008 they released the CD 'Waltzing Matilda' in Australia which went platinum within 10 days and stayed at the number one position on the Australian Pop Charts for three consecutive weeks. This CD was the first time Rieu had ever collaborated with another artist and was released as a tribute to the many dedicated fans in Australia.

Coming up in 2008, Mirusia will be touring with Andre Rieu all over the world and will feature in the continuation of Andre Rieu's World Stadium Tour, which will take her back to her home country Australia in November and December. The World Stadium tour is the largest set, cast and crew to ever tour in the history of the music industry.
